This is my grandfather, Cyril Sheehan. He was always a big inspiration in my life. He taught me the value of hard work. A man who came from absolutely nothing and worked himself to the bone to get himself ahead in life. He started working at 8 years old from necessity and in time owning his own trucking company. I remember biking to his cottage every weekend in Riviere-Beaudette and he always had work for me whether I wanted to do it or not. I'd show up and he'd ask "Are you feeling strong kid?" if I said "Yes" he'd say, "Good, we've got lots of work to do", if I said "No" he'd say "That's too bad, we've got lots of work to do". No matter what the job was he'd take the time to teach me how to do it and we'd get it done. He taught me everything, from tying a tie to building a deck. In honour of him and everything he did for me and taught me, the name of Lancaster Pizzeria will be changing to Sheehan's Pub & Pizza. We've done so many changes to this restaurant, changed the dining room, added the bar and now a brand new kitchen, I felt it was only fitting to make it my own by changing the name. And who better to name it after than the man who taught me how to work so God damned hard to get what I want from life. This one's for you, Poppa
